Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to interview for this position. After the recruiter shared their availability, I reached out twice to confirm an interview time but received no response. Two weeks later, I noticed the job posting had been removed from your site. When I contacted the recruiter to inquire about the status, I was informed that the position had been filled. While I appreciate being notified after my follow-up, there was no communication between my initial scheduling attempts and the role being filled. I would have appreciated more transparent communication throughout the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Project Sunshine (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Video call with the hiring manager to ask some screening questions. She was nice and made me feel comfortable. A few days later, they emailed me to tell me that my application was moving forward to a panel interview, but I declined the interview because the salary was well below market.

Standard screening questions regarding my past experiences
First step was a phone interview with the person who occupied the role, followed by a 90 minute in person interview with the 3 program directors. I was asked to come in multiple times at which point I met with both the ceo and coo. I was not offered the position or contacted in response to my email inquiring about the status of my interest.
