I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Specialty Glass (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was extensive and after 4 interviews and 3 weeks I wasn't given the job. They also had me do a ride along at my own cost. They require a full suit and tie in the Las Vegas summer sun
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Progressive Specialty Glass (Plainville, CT) in Apr 2015
Interview
HR added me on LinkedIn. After messaging her, i submitted a portfolio, resume, and CV to the company for review. When i went to the building, the Art Director went over the portfolio i had submitted, went through the type of work the position called for, walked me through the place and introduced me to the design team. Seemed well enough.
They took forever to communicate their needs. They were basically looking for someone they didn't have to train very much so instead of training someone correctly they held interviews for 3 months and hadn't contacted any of their interviewees for a month at a time.
