Once I applied for the job, within a week I received a follow-up email from Progressive's recruiter saying they received my application and would like to schedule a phone interview. I liked how they used Calendarly to let me know of available times I can pick from. The recruiter followed up with me that she received my timeslot and was looking forward to connecting.
1) I enjoyed the recruiter phone screen interview. She asked very kind, respectful, and asked knowledgeable business and technical questions related to the role. She kept in constant communication with me afterwards during each stage of the interview process as I moved forward w/ each interviewer. She was very easy to talk to and always left an open avenue for me to call if I had any questions. She followed up w/ me on timing and never left me hanging.
2) I especially liked being interviewed first with the hiring manager and last with his leadership. It gave me insight into what the leadership was like at Progressive which made me even more want to be hired by this great company. Being able to walk through and solve a business case scenario with the leadership during the interview gave me a comfort level of what working with them in a day to day setting would be like and that if I was selected, that it was based on my skills, talents and abilities to work well on their team.
