Very long process and very thorough.
Overall a good learning experience on how to really prep and answer hard questions.
Review STAR method or you will not make it far
They’re wereIntensive behavior based questions for each interview. For one of the interviews there were Multiple interviewers. Three levels of interviews up to upper management. The star method is closely followed and documented throughout each interview. All of the managers were willing to answer any questions
