I had to go through a phone screen process. Then I had to go through 2 interviews with supervisors. They have questions they ask everyone that are already on sheets in front of them. It is not a very engaging and not very personable. It feels like they are just trying to get bodies into do the job.

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.
