Interview
Applied for the position on the company's website.
Received an invitation the same evening to take an assessment.
After taking the assessment, which took about an hour, I received an email about a day later advising me I had passed and was moving on to the next step in the process.
I was instructed to go online and select a date and time to schedule a phone interview.
I had my phone interview about a week later. This lasted an hour. The recruiter was very personable. They asked questions about why I wanted to work for their company and why I left my last job. Then they proceeded to ask STAR questions. "Tell me a time when...". It was challenging but made it through. I was advised at that time I made it to the next step in the interview process. I was told that it would be a video interview next through WebEx. In addition they sent me the link via email to start my background check. Which also went smoothly.
I was later emailed by HR to setup the next interview. I was given a list of dates and times to pick from.
I had the next interview through WebEx about a week later. This lasted 75 minutes. Again I was asked STAR questions. At the end of the interview I was given an opportunity to ask questions. I was told by the manager interviewing me that I would hear something in 5-10 business days.
I received a call exactly one week later with a job offer.
I was on pins and needles waiting to hear back. But they followed through as they said they would in the time frame they provided.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
