Phone interview July 25th, 2016. Went well and she asked questions about my previous work experiences and why I wanted to come to progressive. She also asked about salary expectations. She did a good job explaining the process and what to expect and let me know she would be moving me forward to the next step , which is the face to face and started my background check. My face to face is tomorrow ...fingers crossed !

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
