Interview
The HR is not respectful of applicant's time. I gave him an availability for an interview so he can virtually interview me per his request but he missed both appointments and reached back a few days after apologizing and asking for another time to schedule! First off this came across very unprofessional to me and after reading the costumer reviews and seeing the low rate, I decided not to continue the interview process with this place thinking perhaps the founder and the supervisor are the same too!

Interview
I had a phone interview with HR that was about 30 minutes. She was really kind, and I felt comfortable during the process. She asked about five questions and spoke well about its commitment to serving culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Interview
It was a pleasure to speak with the HR department. They really ask thorough questions, not to test you, but to get a deeper and thoughtful understanding of who you are and your background. I felt no judgment as I was going through this interview process and felt safe enough to ask all the questions I needed to. I walked away from this experience feeling heard and validated!
