Professional Case Management interview questions

Manager explained the business and a little about their background. Used the STAR method of questioning. Info provided by the hiring manager and recruiter pertaining to the hiring process were conflicting and some of the comments by hiring manager during the interview came across as incredibly judgmental.

Extremely long process. Final interview was with their Vice President of outreach which asked why I left every job on my resume. Strangest and most uncomfortable interview I’ve ever had.
