The interview process was well-structured and organized, with each stage clearly communicated in advance. It started with an HR interview, followed by a case study, then a presentation of the case to the team. Afterwards, I had reference calls before the final stage. The team was always friendly, supportive, and professional, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they gave constructive feedback, even if you don’t get the offer. While the multiple steps can feel challenging, they ensure the company and candidate are the right fit for each other.

First round is online application. Second round is HR interview where they ask you questions about yourself and about situations where you used their company principle (e.g. helpful to others). The recruiter is very nice and friendly. Third round is a task which has 3 parts and takes a lot of time to complete.
