Interview
The interview process was a good one, they care more about how you work, and less about getting the perfect answer. The technical interviews include a coding interview and a design interview, the coding is solving algorithms, that start off easy and increase in complexity. The Design interview is a simple design a system, and you need to adapt it as the requirements change.

Screening interview with senior developer and HR where they asked general questions about my background and more specific questions to get a feeling for my programming level/experience.
Then given a take home coding task.
