I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Perris, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
I applied to Procore, and a few days later, I received an invitation to do a phone screening with one of their recruiters. Once that was out of the way, we scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview process seems daunting because it's 3 back-to-back interviews with different managers over the course of 90 minutes. But, they were actually very laid back interviews! They asked some pretty good questions that really make you think, and they asked some common interview questions as well

Interview
I would hesitate to work for this company unless you just need a job or are desperate. In my opinion, the reviews in the interview section provide a more accurate portrayal of the company than the reviews in the jobs section, which appear to be less genuine. During my interview, the recruiter forgot about me, and I had to inquire if she needed to reschedule. She joined the Zoom call 15 minutes late, was rude, unprofessional, and fake. Despite the bad start, I progressed through four consecutive interviews. The first interview was with a former loan officer who was full of himself and asked basic questions. In the next interview, I spoke with two support managers who seemed like they hated their jobs and it was making them hate their lives. The third interview, however, was with a friendly support manager who complimented my skills and hoped to see me again. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email, likely because the male interviewers did not share her opinion. However, I felt relieved, as some of the employees seemed deeply unhappy and only working for the paycheck. They appeared miserable and would leave the company if given the chance. I can't stress enough how sad some of these people seemed deep down.
