I interviewed 3 times for 3 different positions (made it to the hiring manager interview 3x). After chasing down an answer from the recruiter the first time, I learned that I didn’t meet the specific requirements. Then she asked if I wanted to interview for a different position. I said sure and had a positive interview where the hiring manager made it seem to expect an offer. I didn’t hear back from hiring manager and called the recruiter for news. The hiring manager then said that they just filled that position and that it was bad timing. She then asked if I wanted to interview for the same position for a different team. I really wanted to work for Procore so I said sure. I undertake another interview and it’s the same process….positive experience, expect an offer, then ghosted a third time. I sent a follow up email after all three experiences and never heard ANYTHING. Terrible experience.
