I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procon Consulting
Interview
Had a recruiter call and 2 interviews. For my final interview, the interviewer did not even review my resume (they said this) and made up questions on the spot. They had a blasé attitude and I didn't feel welcomed in the interview. The lack of preparation that was given for a simple interview gives me insight on how inefficient this company probably runs. I would be cautious taking on a role here.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procon Consulting in Sep 2021
Interview
Recruting made initial contact, verified basics, but quickly connected me with the hiring manager. The interview was loose and comfortable, focused on experience and future interests. Met with some of the team at their office, and had a couple good calls with one of the owners. We landed on a mutual 12 month 1099 evaluation period at a fair rate, after which it was a no-brainer to come on full-time.

How I felt about moving from individual Consulting back into a corporate role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procon Consulting (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
I have met on Google Meeting calls with the current Accounting Manager, Director of Finance, and the President of the company. I found them each engaging. Although I ultimately did not receive an offer, I think very highly of Procon Consulting and would be open to other openings in their organization should the need arise. They are a company looking to grow and I think anyone who has the chance to interview with this company should take it.
