I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ProVia (Strasburg, OH) in Sep 2024
Interview
1st interview was pretty standard, they asked me some personal questions, and it lasted 1 hr. 2nd interview was 3 HOURS long, they gave me a list of questions to prepare and an exercise where I would look at their website and make suggestions to improve the customer experience. Then, they gave me a Behavioral assessment and asked me questions about the results. They gave me PTO, insurance information, later they read to me the purpose of the company. Finally, I talked to the VP, and their creative team. They told me someone would contact me in the next few days.
In the end they made me wait 2 weeks in order to tell me they wouldn't move forward with my application. Apparently, there was a lot of talk about the position since it was a new one. Not sure what to think of it, It felt a waste of my time.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ProVia (Walnut Creek, OH) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview went pretty good, I was asked the standard questions that you typically would be asked. Interviewer was friendly. In the end, it was not the right fit for me at the time.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProVia (Sugarcreek, OH)
Interview
Very efficient and productive interview experience. Had a meeting with the sales manager and then went to Ohio to have a play tour and a panel interview. The interviewers were thorough and fair, and the interview lasted about an hour. It was a lot less tense than other panel interviews I have done. The plant tour great and the employee who headed the tour really did a great job at explaining how the products are made and how the company works at base level.
Everyone I met was very genuine and it seems that they really do live up to their brand and their company motto. They do things the right way, from the production of their products to the way they interview and select candidates for open positions
