I had an interview to work on a rig at Santa Clara. The interview was all the way in Richmond which is excessively far away so I canceled on the interview. It didn't seem worth it.

Interview
Very procedural and uneventful, the manager who interviewed me was only three years my senior and had minimal management experience, and it showed in the interview. Interviewer read very basic questions off a list. Basically if you can speak/understand English and have your EMT certifications they'll hire you.

Interview
1 Written Exam, 1 Skills Exam, 1 Verbal Interview all in the same day. Very easy written and skills test if you recently completed EMT class. Verbal interview was mostly questions about future plans why you want to work for Pro.
