Interview
Everyone I spoke to was communicative and clear. Most of the interviews were more or less casual conversations to gauge my experience, demeanor, and strengths. There was also a practical part where you had to independently learn the tool + present to a group of potential teammates as though they were the customer. It was challenging but a good measure of how you'd prepare for future calls and handle difficult questions.

Interview
I started the interview process with Privy in January 2022. I went through 6 interviews, the third one being an assessment. The assessment consisted of learning the Privy software as a customer and re-creating an actual customer's email marketing efforts. Everyone was very friendly and engaged in our conversations during the interviews. Each one felt very relaxed, yet were still informative.
Quick, Simple interview.
Not really informative, didn't take the time to get to know me professionally or my background. I feel like it was more a number quota interview. Did not receive a personal follow-up.
