Interview
Was already an employee at Princeton Place as a ADON of skilled unit for five years and was familiar with most duties of the Director of Nursing. Was the choice of the Administrator and owner of the company. They felt I was the one for the position. They were very helpful in providing me the training I would require to be successful for the position.
