It was just a facetime call! The owners were super welcoming and easy to talk to. They then had me come in to stick someone and show me around the spa. They took awhile to get back to me until I finally reached out and said I had other opportunities and needed to know.

There is no interview, just the manager describing job requirements and pay. He is nice at first but then will gaslight you regarding total pay and "benefits", would not recommend it.
