Did not apply due to openings bad reputation of company in the local area but was contacted online to interview. Wasn't entirely interested but their recruiters were very pushy to set up an in-person interview so gave it a shot. Drove out to their HQ 30+ miles away to meet with the top HR director for Prime. It turned out they were too busy with other matters to interview so sat with an HR partner and had an impromptu Q&A session that was a complete waste of time. The HR boss stepped in to the room for 5 minutes and glanced at my resume only in efforts to pick it apart and find what they felt was missing to their liking. Disrespectful even at these ranks and zero compassion. Drove 60+ miles for that experience. No follow up from recruiters at all. Eager to source candidates but never eager to follow up post interviews, typical of a company that you do not want to work for. Will continue to not recommend Prime to local RN contacts and friends.
