I met with Branch Manager and we discussed my resume. He explained the position and was brought back for 2nd interview, toured office, then offered the position. You must pass NMLS test before starting the position which is where most people fail to follow through.

Interview
Fairly easy, the questions weren't too difficult to answer - they mostly tried to sell the company instead of asking questions. It seemed like a very laid-back atmosphere and the employees seemed content.
