Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the Head of Talent the next day. We had a brief chat about me and the company, and I was immediately interested. I mentioned that I needed to speed up the process, and he agreed. True to his word, we scheduled the interviews for Thursday. The first interview felt more like a casual conversation with the Engineering Manager, where we discussed the company and its exciting aspects as well as a little bit about me. The manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable. On Friday, I had a technical interview with the Engineering Manager and a principal software engineer. They gave me a coding question (using any programming language) and a system design scenario focused on AWS. They even provided hints and made the session more enjoyable. To my surprise, I received the offer on Friday afternoon, which was awesome! Overall, I had a fantastic experience interviewing with the Prezzee team. I believe this was the best interview I've ever had. The Head of Talent was super kind and proactive in handling my case.

Interview
The first round phone interview were followed by two rounds of technical interviews. Great experiences and they have done everything they can to make me feel comfortable in the interviews. We had great conversations talking about my experiences and also the role. Adam the talent acquisition lead is so professional and followed things up very promptly and always gave feedbacks in a timely manner. The best interview experience ever.
I had an initial conversation on the phone with the Head of Talent. He briefed me on the company's story and growth and focused on introducing its great culture with tremendous enthusiasm. I was immediately interested. We exchanged more about my relevant experiences and expectations about the job. He was glad to schedule the first round immediately. The first round was more about getting to know each other, and the interviewers were very nice and welcoming. I got to ask many questions, and they gave me very detailed and sincere responses, which I appreciated. The second round was more technical, where I was provided with a UI design screen about their app, and I needed to talk through how I would build it from a technical perspective. We also brainstormed other possible features and UX improvements and It’s such a great conversation. The Head of Talent was very friendly and helpful and coordinated the whole process smoothly and efficiently.
