Solid, they took time to understand my concerns and make sure I understood the job. I was able to have actual conversation after the interview and they made it very easy and lighthearted.

So far I get an overall good feeling from this company, but it’s definitely interesting that they don’t tell you all the pay structures upfront until you set up an interview to come in. Even though they do a phone conversation and then a zoom interview and you still have to go in to hear about the rest..
