Prescribe Wellness interview questions

The interviewer explained the position and did not ask questions. She did not ask background questions or clarification on experience. I did not have the opportunity to differentiate as the entirety of the conversation was about "what they did" Questions about opportunities for growth or benefits seemed to work against me as a candidate. This is a red flag for me as it gives clues to company culture. As a healthcare company they should be selling their benefits to candidates.
