I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Premier Roofing (Denver, CO) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview process was short. Having a 4-year degree and having several jobs before this made it easy. Phone screen and then a face to face interview.
Advice to managment...Maintain good communication... Did not communicate, told me they would contact me in a week and they never responded in that time frame. I received an email regarding the same position from the same company stating I would be a great fit. So I proceeded to respond with an emailing stating I already had an in-person interview and was waiting on management to respond. I received an email the next day stating that" We greatly appreciate your interest in the Billing Coordinator position within our organization as well as you taking the time to come and interview with us. As you know, the job market is highly competitive and we were met with a collection of very well-qualified candidates making this decision a difficult one."
Way to have a timely response time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
“What’s the most difficult decision you’ve made and how did you come to that decision?”
Had a really easy brief phone interview where a script of questions was read off to me, after which an in person interview was scheduled. I met with Thomas. The interview had nothing to do with my previous experience, he told me they were looking for a certain type of person (whatever that means?). Was told they would let me know a few days later if I was to receive the job or not. Never heard anything back from anyone. Extremely unprofessional.
