Interview
Casual and comfortable meeting with great conversation. Lasted about 45 minutes. Overall, the questions were significant and involved both parties. Interviewers gave a great overview of the position. Tour of the office was nice!

Interview
I applied for this clinic on indeed. Immediately the next morning I was send a message from Angie the West Lake Clinic supervisor stating “After careful consideration I am sorry to inform you that we are not able to offer you employment with us at this time.”
Really? Careful consideration? I applied at 9:30pm the night before. I received my rejection at 8:45am the next morning. I wonder how careful the “consideration” was? I didn’t even get an interview. I have over 5 years medal assistant experience. I am incredibly qualified for this job. I have excellent references and letters of recommendation. Of course she never even new about that. If this type of posting is on indeed at this time when people are hurting from a pandemic that is killing jobs, then what is the point? immediate rejection without even getting an interview less than 10 hours after applying? This is reflective of this company and how they treat applicants and how they probably treat their employees.

Question 1
There were none. It would have been nice to have an interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Premier Family Physicians (Austin, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Long application to fill out, assessment/test before you meet with someone. Interview was quick, I was offered the position shortly after I left. Training was too fast before I was thrown in. Luckily I'm a fast learner and got the hang of it on my own.
