They farm applicants and have a phone interview, written questionnaire, in-person interview and then you receive a job offer. After the offer you do not hear back from the OM or CEO about the position until you contact them repeatedly.

Looked for fit, subject matter knowledge, passion for healthcare and the company specifically. Interviewers were very cordial and professional. asked a lot of scenerial questions. Were very nice and made me feel comfortable.
