Funnest interview I ever had. The interviewer remained seated while having me stand throughout the entire conversation. I can't help to recall some bad courses about showing authority long time ago. He also mentioned he doesn't care about the my lab experience becasue he didin't have:-)

Their process started with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Many interview questions were asked, including general yes and no questions to actual how I would react in random situations. General information about the position was also shared with me.
