Interview
Screened through a recruiter (phone then in-person with that company), then brought in for one in-person 1:1 interview with the CTO that lasted about an hour. Very standard behavioral questions & chit chat. Out of the whole hour, I probably only talked for about 10 minutes while the rest was spent listening to the CTO talk about the company & himself.
