Online test followed by face-to-face interview at their office. Test and interviews were easy, covering PD and ASIC design flow but they ask for long term commitment (too long) with hefty bond amount and less salary. They make you sit in office whole day during interview process without any instruction or schedule. They do not have a simple courtesy of informing candidate if he/she is selected or not. Attending interview is a waste of time and money.
