I had a face to face interview with the hiring manager. It was an easy interview with very few questions. The hiring manger mostly spoke about the project and about Pramira. They didn't test my knowledge or try to figure out my skill level. I was told I had the job. The hiring manager asked me to check back with them later in the week for a start date and had HR reach out to me the following week. I was sent a description of their benefits package, agreed on salary, etc. I called him the following week and he said to contact HR the next week. I called and emailed HR, who had I spoken to me about benefits at an earlier point. She didn't call or email me back. I gave it a few days and called the hiring manager. He didn't take my call, return my text or reply to my email. I should have taken a ex-coworkers warning. They were being professional and didn't exactly explain details but they had warned me that it wasn't a good place to work. They ended up leaving before my interview to work with another vendor for the same job they were doing with the same customer. I was desperate and took the chance. Be weary and listen to your gut.
