it was short but somewhat informative i wish they had given more informatio about the staffing and management before hand. some information on staffing is ok but was still lacking in arias
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PrairieCare (Ramsey, MN) in Oct 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out within days of me applying, I responded within the first couple of hours with dates/times that worked for me to have a phone interview. I thought the interview went great; she asked me to schedule a team's interview as the next step. I did so on the phone with her. She said she'd send me an email with a calendar invite. I waited until the day prior to the interview and when I had not gotten the teams invite sent her 2 separate emails and called her twice the morning of with no response. I finally got an e-mail 5 minutes before the scheduled interview saying that the interviewer had called out sick and wasn't able to make it, but she did apologize. I decided to give it another chance as she asked if the following Monday or Tuesday would work for me. I said Monday at 9 am would work great. I received no response to that email. I feel as though this company didn't respect my time in preparing for these interviews and essentially ghosted me. I sent 3 more emails after she offered the other date/ time and like I said haven't gotten one response. I took it as a sign that this is not the best place to work and haven't attempted to reach out again.
