I submitted my application online and was called within 24 hours. I was asked to complete some additional pre-interview items such as an online assessment and another online test similar to a personality quiz. Each of these took around 20minutes to complete. I was then called about 2 days later for an in-person interview. I completed 2 in-peron interviews with a Retail Managers, Regional President and the VP of Retail. The individuals were very welcoming, professional and asked excellent questions. The communication from the interview team and HR was very good.
