Interview
Phone screening followed by in face interview. You will be asked to come in within a week depending on your responses. The interviewers will be 2 management individuals who focus more on the personality side. Since most hires are entry-level/ out of school recent grads, they will focus more on your learning ability and how you react to learning curves.
