Ended up being extremely disappointed with this process. I applied online then was asked to do a HireVue style round of self-recorded questions. Weeks later I was asked to come to NYC to interview (they gave me two days notice and 2 morning time slot options when I had to commute there). My interviews went really well, and they told me that was the last round. Later that night, I was asked to do another Zoom interview in a week. I thought that went well too. I was indirectly told I had the position and should hear back shortly. Nobody got back to me. I reached out to HR multiple times through the next few weeks, but no response. 2 months of time was wasted, and I think not getting back to a final candidate is very unprofessional.
