The entire interview process was only two interviews: one with the Director of Development and the other with the CEO. Over all easy interviews no longer than 45 minutes. The third interview would be an in person presentation.

It was an interview over Zoom. It took about 30 minutes and was with the Director of Marketing/Events. He allowed a lot of time for my own questions. It was very conversational.

Interview
There were 3 interviews and one project. The project consisted of creating a 6 month timeline for planning a fundraiser on excel, with very little information about what they their expectations are. There were many questions regarding experience and ability to juggle responsibilities. There was little communication and feedback between interviews, and eventually they informed me that due to internal changes they are no longer hiring.
