The process consisted of three main interviews: the first with my prospective manager, followed by a discussion with the central operations team, and finally a conversation with the country’s General Manager.
The first interview focused on my professional background and a general understanding of the company. The second interview was more scenario-based, where I was asked how I would approach different situations relevant to the role at Powerdot. The final interview centered on STAR-method questions, drawing on examples from my current and previous professional experiences.
Finally, I had the opportunity to speak informally with a future peer, which gave me the chance to ask more practical, day-to-day questions about the role and team.
