Applied online and was asked to take a test and had a phone interview with the recruiting dept. which was followed up by an in person interview with the manager of the finance dept because of the position i applied for.

Recruiter contacted me from my Linkedin account and I applied on the company's website. A few hours later I took the behavior and cognitive assessment. Cognitive questions were high school knowledge. They are respond pretty fast.
