The interview process for the FDE role was both challenging and collaborative, with five rounds that gave me a real sense of how passionate and driven the teams are about their work. Although I didn't receive an offer, it was great interviewing with the team. The interview format consisted of Recruiter Round -> Hiring Manager round -> Onsite (Case Study, Executive Interview, and Technical round based on case study). The company has ambitious plans to expand to the enterprise level, and everyone I spoke with showed genuine passion for its mission and goals.
