- 1 meeting with recruiter - 1 meeting with EM/PM - 2 person technical interview, 2 rounds I had a good experience working with a staffing agency recruiter and meeting the EM/PM of the project. I had a really bad experience interviewing, felt the "jerk" attitude of one of the developers, with smart comments even teasing me during my interview when I asked if there's support when experiencing technical issues. He said "no, we don't support our engineers at all and leave them on their own". And sat in silence. Then started laughing that it was "just a joke". As a candidate who did not know this individual, or never having worked with them, this was an odd interaction and made me extremely uncomfortable. I suppose this might be the sort of answer I'd get with other genuine heart-felt questions or concerns. Overall the technical aspects were mostly reasonable, but the cultural aspect seems gravely off.
