The initial stages of the interview process were smooth and well-organized, with timely communication from both the recruiter and the hiring manager. However, the experience significantly declined during the final interview with Possible’s CFO. The CFO joined the call more than 15 minutes late and appeared unprepared, having not reviewed my resume or supporting materials. Throughout the conversation, he seemed disengaged and posed several oddly framed questions related to conflict resolution and dealing with aggressive coworkers. His lack of preparation and disinterest conveyed a poor impression of both his leadership style and the company’s broader culture. Ultimately, this experience raised concerns about organizational professionalism and alignment with my expectations. Honestly felt like I dodged a bullet by not moving forward.
