I applied online. I interviewed at Posh Peanut (Glendale, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
The HR person seemed nice when we arranged the interview, as did the woman I interviewed with. I can't remember her position, but she seemed like she was the CEO's right hand. We had a good conversation about my experience and how it would related to PP for about 30 mins, after which she brought in the CEO/founder to meet me where we spoke a bit about whether I would be able to take her often harsh feedback as it relates to prints- since she knows her brand best. I said that I understand it isn't personal, that I've dealt with criticism before as a designer yadda yadda and we seemed to vibe okay. But I was fortunately ghosted after I followed up a couple times. This sorta speaks to the sad state of affairs for our industry, that I would even consider working there....

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Posh Peanut (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Red flags. I went through THREE rounds of interviews, then HR sent me an offer. Got on a video call with HR to discuss, then they ghosted me. Very unprofessional...
I am over-qualified for the position in the first place, I expected decency after getting to the point of having an offer out.
When I had asked everyone I interviewed with about what the company culture was like, No one had an enlightening or positive response or could really say anything about it.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Posh Peanut (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interviewer was cold and seemed disinterested. Wish she was enthusiastic enough. She even asked if I liked jumping around and I told her it was because a lot of companies were only hiring for part-time freelancers.
