Porterville College interview questions

In person interview with committee of about 7 people. Before the interview part I did my teaching demonstration for them in the meeting room. The committee was very, very welcoming and instantly put me at ease. The whole campus is very relaxed and kind it seemed. The administration too was personable and easy to communicate with Anyone getting a job here will feel at home, especially if they like smaller towns and rural atmosphere. They seem very committed to improving their college as there was a new computer lab, and faculty offices. come ready to do the teaching demonstration right away when you get into the meeting room. The whole interview with teaching demonstration lasted about an hour and a half. Since I was travelling from out of town they gave me a courtesy interview with the president and Dean. They too were kind and put me at ease. If you come prepared and know something about the specifics of this college you will do well. Great experience.
