I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Poprouser (Miami, FL) in Jan 2020
Interview
It went really well overall in terms of pace and what they were asking. They were very clear with what the role entailed and was very communicative throughout the process including letting me know where I stood in the process. I hope they continue to grow because I'd love to join a company like there's.

Question 1
What's the difference between recruiting and talent acquisition?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Poprouser (Miami, FL)
Interview
Extremely long and drawn out process with no end in sight. Last email with a possibility of hire came in months ago. The pay seems very low. Too many filters and hurdles for applicant for employer to ghost, they seem professional however actions would dictate otherwise.

Question 1
Do you enjoy keeping up with and discussing the trends of your industry and get into passionate discussions?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Poprouser (Miami, FL) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process consisted of two parts: a casual pre-screener over the phone and then a longer interview which was done via a video call (Google Hangout). The first call helped the firm get to know me professionally and personally. I in turn, was also able to learn more about Poprouser through the first call.
The second interview was longer and more challenging. However, I was given materials from Poprouser to help me prepare. The team guided me prior to this interview and their philosophy seems to be to help their potential candidates - not to judge beforehand if one is the right fit or not. This second interview focused on my working style and what plans and vision I had for my position.
