Overall, interviewing with Poppy Seattle was a great experience. While very professional, they clearly put a lot of heart into their work and take their position as childcare gatekeepers very seriously. The first stage in the interview process involved a phone screening, then a reference submission, and finally an in-person interview at their offices in Seattle.
