Interview
Walked into the facility and it seemed quite laid back. Waited for the person interviewing me to show up in an electronics lab. Met him and went upstairs to the board room along with a group of other employees at the company. Sitting around the table, it had an almost family atmosphere like we were about to have dinner together or something. Overall a nice company and a friendly atmosphere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview consisted of going through a series of 20 questions read from a script with points from 1 to 5 being awarded for each answer (or at least it seemed that way). Questions regarding what is the most important project you've done to date, why do you want to leave your present company, how do you feel you can contribute to this company.. etc. They did have one electrical technician who was a really friendly guy from Columbia. He was working with PLCs to control the operation of the system and seemed to be getting into neural net PLCs and stuff. An interesting guy whom I could see myself working with.
