Polk Mechanical interview questions

There are 3 Stages of the Hiring Process for this role. 1st Stage: A phone screen with the Recruiter to see your interest and qualifications for the role 2nd Stage: After the screening, you will be sent a form of questionnaire to answer and fill out. 3rd Stage: It will be in an in office meeting with 3 people, The current marketing proposal specialist, the Human resource manager, and the CEO of the company. Note: They told me that they decided to pursue another candidate but in reality they didn't think I was a good fit for the role and that there really was no other candidate.

The people were all very easy to get along with, but the interview process was extremely long and drawn out for what it was. It took about 3 months to hear back on a 2 week timeline.
