Politics & Prose Bookstore interview questions

I applied for the job online with a supplementary email including my resume and cover letter. It took a month for them to get back to me. I received an email from the store's manager asking to schedule an interview. The interview went really great, but I did not receive an offer. It seemed that the only thing that turned him off was my lack of availability.
