Wasn’t very efficient with recruiter requiring multiple follow ups and not adhering to their own timelines.
The process wasn’t very organized.
Lack of proper timelines and communication. They reached out themselves and didn’t even inform about role or salary or anything and just booked me with HM without letting me know that I will be meeting the HM
