I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pointillist in Jan 2020
Interview
I had three interviews, one with the the director of the division, one with a data integration lead, and one with head of HR/Finance manager.
The first two were mostly conversational. Asking about past experiences and some "what would you do in x scenario", "have you ever experienced y" type questions. Nothing technical. The last had some of the same questions and walked through benefits (be sure to ask about their insurance premiums as it would have been ~6k/yr more expensive for a comparable plan in my case).
In the end they offered below what I had stated was my minimum base in the first interview. The manager seemed defensive about my desired salary which was a red flag, but I ignored it at the time. I wish he would have told me flat out it was not possible before spending more time on the later interviews.
